For funeral celebrants
For funeral celebrants
A simpler way to gather a life in photographs
Help a family collect photographs from relatives and friends through one contribution link, with room for a trusted person to help curate.

Collect
Start with the owner of the collection
Agree with the family who will collect the photographs and whose storage will hold them. Contributors use a link or QR code without access to that storage.
Curate
Invite help with the choosing
The collector can invite co-curators to help review and organise photographs. Albums keep the selections in order without copying files during curation.
Commemorate
Leave a useful record
Finish with a readable record in the collector’s storage alongside the originals. Optional Album folders contain copies; the originals remain where they are.
For people who organise regularly
A clear process for each collection
Choose a one-time collection for an occasion, or a recurring subscription for the collections you organise regularly. See the family’s experience or ask about regular collections.
- Agree who owns and controls the connected storage.
- Invite co-curators to help with the collection.
- Photographs remain in storage you control.
- Keep the collection record alongside the originals.
